You can make more. One is your basic training. Pick your own phrases. The other is to say what your personality likes, doesn't like, and all of those choices. You don't have to do them all at once.
Personalities evolve! It is perfectly natural to start with an idea of what you want your personality to be. Then your personality sharpens that idea or make even changes things. It might be a good idea to start your personality on his/her way and then let your personality grow naturally.
Your personality is how your core self interacts with the world. To develop your personality, you probably have to interact. Put another way, your personality comes to life when you be your personality at Second Life (or wherever).
You can practice interacting with other people by using the mail system. Just send out some all email and see if you get an answer.
